Jim Harbour’s work with the Shepura Men’s Center, a Jimmy Hale Mission transitional support program for homeless men, spans 17 years and demonstrates the powerful impact of fellowship. Faithful and amazingly consistent in his weekly service (in 17 years, he’s missed only one day), he has played a key role in encouraging clients in their social and spiritual growth.
