Cristina Almanza has worked with Fiesta, which is Alabama’s largest celebration of Hispanic culture and heritage, for six years. She has applied her knowledge and experience from her position as Business Development Coordinator at Buffalo Rock Company to grow Fiesta’s impact throughout the Hispanic community. This has greatly benefited a number of other organizations, events and nonprofits in the area, including HICA (Hispanic Interest Coalition of Alabama), Catholic Family Services Hispanic Outreach (La Casita) and Alabama’s Day of the Dead Festival.
