John O’Malley has advocated for veterans by serving on the boards of several veteran-focused nonprofits. Most recently, he researched and developed the SPARE a Life™ Initiative, a program from the Krulak Marine Alliance of Alabama, designed to combat veteran suicide. The program has been lauded by the United States Marine Corps, Department of Defense (DOD) and DOD Health Services. John is currently working to develop a veteran suicide-prevention app.
