Ethan Hill is a fourth grader at Phillips Academy. His efforts to help people experiencing homelessness quickly grew from building supply kits with his family to providing 50 sleeping bags to people in need, earning him recognition from Mayor Randall Woodfin and an outpouring of community support and donations. Since then, he has raised more than $6,000, which will provide 150 to 200 people with sleeping bags and care packages.
